Where do you deliver?At the moment, we only deliver within the United States, but we can receive shipments from anywhere globally.

What types of businesses do you work with?We specialize in supporting small businesses and new brands that require smaller storage spaces to start. While we don’t currently handle large-scale storage, we’re working toward expanding in the future.

Do you handle customs or international regulations?All customs and international regulations are managed by our trusted third-party partners, including carriers, freight companies, and brokers. We focus on storage and distribution only.

What is the maximum value of shipments you can store?For insurance purposes, we store shipments valued at $2 million or below.

What storage options do you provide?We charge for storage by units, boxes, pallets, or shipping volume. A minimum storage volume of 500 units is required.

Do you offer custom branding or packaging materials?We can provide special packing services, but all branded supplies, such as custom boxes, labels, and wraps, must be provided by the client. We only stock plain, standard packaging supplies in our warehouse.

Do you manage large-scale distribution?Currently, we focus on small to medium-scale distribution for new and growing businesses. Larger-scale operations will be part of our future expansion.

Can you receive shipments from international suppliers?Yes, we can receive shipments from anywhere in the world. All transit duties and customs are managed by our partner brokers and freight companies.

What carriers do you use for deliveries?We work with your carrier accounts, including those tied to e-commerce platforms. Additionally, we partner with trusted companies like FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and freight companies for seamless delivery.

Do you provide custom-branded packaging?While we offer special packing services, branded materials such as boxes, labels, and inserts must be supplied by the client. We do not print or produce custom packaging materials.

Is there a minimum volume requirement?Yes, we require a minimum of 500 units for storage and distribution.

What packing supplies do you have in stock?Our warehouse maintains plain and standard packing supplies for wrapping and shipping.

How often are invoices sent?For smaller volumes, invoices are sent every 15 days. For larger volumes or stock, we can issue monthly invoices. All invoices are detailed, listing every service associated with your products. All documents are shared by EDI processes to provide safety transactions.

How do you charge for your services?We charge by units, boxes, pallets, shipping out, and overall volume. A detailed invoice is provided for all services used, including storage and handling.

Can you manage payment using my carrier account?Yes, we use your carrier accounts, including e-commerce platform accounts, for shipping and delivery.

Do you have your own freight company or brokers?No, we don’t own a freight company or brokers. All freight, customs, and international regulations are managed by our trusted third-party partners.

Are you insured and registered?Yes, we are fully insured and registered in the state of Florida, ensuring your goods are handled professionally and securely.
